We are excited and delighted to announce the launch of the GHG Academy
The GHG Academy offers a range of comprehensive training, development programmes, talent programmes and workshops that are designed to support individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge to create Loss Adjusters and Risk Surveyors of the future.
Led by Ahmed Esat, well respected for his leadership and coaching skills, our trainers are experts in their respective fields and have years of experience in delivering effective training programs. We use a variety of learning methods, including interactive workshops, case studies, role-playing exercises, and group discussions, to ensure that participants get the most out of their training.
Our mission is to help individuals and GHG achieve their full potential by providing high-quality training programs that are tailored to their needs. We believe that investing in learning and development is crucial for personal and professional growth, and we are committed to making this journey as engaging and enjoyable as possible.
Our first program is the GHG junior Loss Adjuster programme. Over the course of 3 months individuals will be guided, trained, and mentored to become a Junior Loss Adjuster. Underpinned by achieving Industry standard qualifications, at the end of the programme they will be a fully fledged Junior Loss Adjuster with their own claims case load and a valuable member of the GHG team.
